Lead financial controlling for the Benelux region, driving optimized cash management, credit control, and balance sheet reporting. Manage a team of three and oversee cash forecasting, working capital initiatives, banking reconciliations, and internal control foundations. Own monthly reporting to the Finance Director and chair credit committee meetings. Improve KPI reporting (DSO/DPO/cash position) using financial systems and data analytics, while supporting audits and governing master data.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage credit management and cash collection, including customer credit limits, risk ratings, provisions, and credit committee meetings.
•Own cash forecasting and working capital management, including rolling 13-week forecasts, CICO analysis, and DSO/DPO target achievement.
•Lead accounting controls and compliance, including master data governance, internal control initiatives, reconciliations, and audit support.
•Deliver KPI reporting on credit and cash metrics using financial systems and data analytics, driving continuous improvement.
•Manage banking partner relationships (including KYC compliance and optimization of accounts/services).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
•5-7 years of experience in external audit, financial controlling or treasury functions.
•Proven experience managing a team.
•Strong background in cash forecasting, working capital management, and credit analysis.
•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis) and experience with ERP/financial reporting tools.
