Job Summary

Own regulatory reporting product capabilities within S&P Cappitech Enterprise, partnering with business and technical teams to define use cases, requirements, and structured analysis for OTC/ETD derivatives workflows. Lead solution option assessment, produce design and documentation, and support implementation alongside Development and QA to ensure delivery meets requirements. Oversee testing sanity/component checks and present concepts publicly, helping expand capabilities into broader data and analytics delivery.

•Drive regulatory reporting solution work in the Product Management team for OTC/ETD derivatives workflows.
•Elicit and analyze requirements, define use cases, and manage stakeholders through structured business analysis techniques.
•Collaborate with Development and QA to ensure implementation meets design and requirements during technical and testing phases.
•Oversee sanity and component testing and review test plans to support successful delivery.
•Identify solution options and present concepts publicly, contributing to working groups and team meetings.

Key Requirements

•5-12 years of relevant professional experience in a financial services IT environment.
•Demonstrated experience in regulatory reporting or trade & transaction reporting of OTC/ETD derivatives.
•Strong skills in requirements elicitation, structured analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, and use case definition.
•Ability to produce structured analysis and design documents and work with Development and QA during implementation and testing.
•Familiarity/experience with ISO, FpML, XML Schemas, DTDs, and XSL transformation; exposure to SQL, JSON/CSV, and ISO 20022 is desirable.
