Assistant Corner Manager (m/f/x) Stuttgart in Full Time

Lead day-to-day operations of a Sephora corner by coaching and scheduling staff, managing training, and ensuring floor management. Drive monthly and annual sales targets while delivering excellent customer service, running briefings and shift handovers, and executing visual merchandising updates and cleanliness standards. Oversee inventory, merchandise handling, opening/closing preparation, and track maintenance and merchandise issues, while monitoring KPIs such as customer satisfaction, productivity, and stock availability.
