Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as technical lead and design authority for assigned fuse product families, owning engineering decisions, change control (ERs/EOs), and product integrity across the lifecycle.
  • •Lead development and evolution of advanced fuse technologies for data center, grid, and power conversion applications.
  • •Plan and execute complex new product development and platform extensions from concept through launch, balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, risk, and schedule.
  • •Define materials, processes, manufacturing strategies, and verification/validation plans to ensure global manufacturability, regulatory compliance, quality, and long-term reliability.
  • •Provide product line support, drive root cause and corrective actions, apply continuous improvement methods, and mentor engineers while communicating technical direction, risks, and progress.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution.
