Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Ghost engineering to plan, execute, report on the system under test (software and/or hardware).
•Support daily flight test operations and campaigns at multiple test locations and align test events with the product roadmap and production schedule.
•Manage configuration management for test assets in preparation for campaigns and maintain an asset inventory to keep systems mission capable.
•Prepare for test readiness reviews, safety review boards, and operational test readiness; create and disseminate test reports for stakeholders.
•Coordinate test events with pilots, SMEs, and senior engineers; document testing tasks, issues, observations, and results.

Travel: Medium travel
