•Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels (phone, Zoom, chat, and email).
•Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates.
•Become an expert on Zendesk products and understand customer needs to advocate for them as champions.
•Conduct discovery calls, provide product demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
•Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for the role, including ticket volumes, response and resolution times, and productivity, with a shared revenue target.
•Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a weekly basis
