  • •Lead a global dispute processing development organization responsible for Visa Resolve Online (VROL), including direction, hiring, and mentoring for senior engineering leaders.
  • •Deliver multi-year product roadmaps balancing innovation, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure platform availability, security, and operational excellence, meeting four-nines reliability standards and establishing high-availability development and problem-recovery practices.
  • •Drive seamless and coordinated agile processes across development locations, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • •Manage budgets and a multi-million-dollar project portfolio, including vendor coordination, logistics, performance metrics, and service level management.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.
  • •Proven success leading multidisciplinary, highly complex technical and strategic initiatives with tangible organizational impact.
  • •Direct experience managing software development and engineering teams of 40+ and managing remote/offshore development teams with substantial budget responsibility.
  • •Experience managing large third-party vendors, including SLAs, delivery, and performance metrics for complex projects.
  • •Strong technical foundation in Java/JVM-based application development (e.g., tcServer, Spring, Struts) and modern platform technologies (e.g., microservices, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka, relational/NoSQL databases, and Generative AI automation).
