Hands-on product data analyst role in Zello’s Data & AI team in Austin. You’ll own end-to-end product experiments, define metrics and telemetry, run A/B tests, analyze funnel and cohort data with SQL/Python on Snowflake, and build AI-powered workflows to scale analysis. You’ll influence roadmaps and ship decisions through clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with PMs, designers, and engineers to define product metrics, events, and what success looks like.
•Design and run A/B tests - scope the hypothesis, ensure it's powered, analyze it honestly, and recommend a call.
•Build funnel, retention, and cohort analysis on mobile and web data with SQL and Python on Snowflake.
•Build and run AI-agent workflows that take the grunt work off your plate, and check what they hand back.
•Turn the analysis into a clear story and a recommendation people can act on.

•You write advanced SQL on your own against a cloud data warehouse, and you reach for Python when it helps.

•You pick the right method for the data in front of you instead of running the same test every time.
•You don’t wait for perfect data; you build the analysis, pressure-test it, and bring a recommendation.
