Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and operate internal platforms end to end, including backends, storage, dashboards, and CLI/SDK surfaces with multi-tenancy and access control.
  • •Own GPU cluster workload orchestration: submission and scheduling, provisioning, quotas, and placement.
  • •Deploy models and keep them served on managed inference providers and internally operated GPUs, including writing serving wrappers when needed.
  • •Build evaluation capabilities to keep results comparable across months, colleagues, and models.
  • •Harden CI/CD with containerized workflows and release safety, and instrument platform observability with logging, metrics, and alerting; partner on productionizing research and handle on-call systems issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of hands-on experience building and operating production applications.
  • •Strong backend engineering in production-grade Python, including API design, async services, relational databases, and object storage.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying and serving models in production using managed inference providers and self-operated GPUs, with at least one modern LLM serving stack.
  • •Experience running workloads on shared GPU clusters using a scheduler such as Slurm, plus knowledge of cloud GPU infrastructure.
  • •Experience with CI/CD, containerized workflows and Kubernetes; plus MLOps/LLMOps tooling, observability, and agentic frameworks.
