Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce quality grade products for customers on the Utility Line.
  • •Remove WOG from the Deli Line and inspect for proper stringing; adjust strings for final trussing and place birds correctly.
  • •Inspect products and boxes for defects/damages, label correctly, weigh boxes appropriately, and ensure proper case placement and guidance alignment.
  • •Observe equipment operation and notify appropriate personnel of malfunctions and/or safety and food-safety issues.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, quality, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines while participating in process improvement.
