Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise an interdisciplinary clinic team, including daily care coordination meetings to oversee treatment plans
  • •Head the intake process and guide individualized treatment plan development for new patients
  • •Directly engage in care for complex patients and provide intervention/support to the clinical team
  • •Develop and execute strategic initiatives with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve quality, outcomes, and cost-efficiency
  • •Proactively identify and solve issues, document lessons learned, and complete required professional training

Key Requirements

  • •An unrestricted registered Psychologist or licensed LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC in California
  • •Prior experience working with severe mental illness (SMI), other mental health challenges, and addiction
  • •Experience counseling patients and creating personalized treatment plans
  • •Ability to lead, coach, and negotiate to inspire a team and negotiate solutions for patients and the organization
  • •Basic computer skills and comfort with one-on-one or group settings with strong communication
