Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business priorities into prioritised roadmaps, clear delivery outcomes, and executable plans across functions, platforms, brands, and events.
  • •Design, establish, and mature an enterprise PMO operating model including demand intake, prioritisation, business cases, stage gates, assurance, reporting, and benefits tracking.
  • •Lead complex programmes end-to-end, proactively managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and cross-team dependencies.
  • •Remove impediments and manage dependencies by resolving ambiguity, holding teams accountable for commitments, and facilitating early escalation and problem solving.
  • •Coach Product Owners and teams in agile/lean practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled enterprise practices) and run workshops, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience leading complex technology-enabled business change, programmes or portfolios in a senior delivery, programme, transformation or PMO leadership role.
  • •Experience establishing, transforming, or materially maturing an enterprise PMO or portfolio governance capability.
  • •Strong working knowledge of agile and lean delivery with enterprise-scale and hybrid frameworks, including selecting and tailoring approaches.
  • •Proven ability to coach Product Owners and senior stakeholders in product thinking, prioritisation, roadmaps, backlogs, and value realisation.
  • •Evidence-led approach to portfolio and delivery reporting, using flow, predictability, quality, risk, and outcome measures.
