Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation and sustainment of Quality Leading Indicators and related supplier quality activities.
  • •Review and assign Quality Requirements to purchase orders; create inspection plans for parts including key characteristics and special processes.
  • •Serve as lead auditor for on-site supplier quality system audits and gap analysis against Eaton’s Aerospace, customer, and FAA requirements to AS9100/ISO standards.
  • •Coordinate MR and supplier change requests, and facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances.
  • •Develop advanced quality approaches (e.g., PPAP/Key Characteristics/Variability Reduction/FMEA), improve supplier KPIs (OTD, DPPM, scrap), and support continuous improvement via 8D and supplier development initiatives.

Salary: USD 71,000 - 105,000 annually

  • •1+ years of experience with quality-related activities.
