Job Summary

Serve as a client-first, sales-driven Personal Banker for a branch team, engaging people and businesses to uncover financial needs and recommend customized solutions. Build new client relationships and deepen existing ones by managing referral sources and centers of influence. Support account openings and credit conversations, provide financial wellness guidance through in-person and phone outreach, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures. Assist teller-line transactions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and through proactive calling to identify financial wellness opportunities and deliver tailored recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support lending and deposit products, including home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals aligned to client acquisition and relationship expansion.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.
•Support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed, and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required), with ability to provide client service and sales-driven outcomes.
•Minimum 1 year experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
