Timberland: Associate Demand and Supply Planner (AMER)

Analyze and manage end-to-end demand and forecast plans for Timberland Americas, translating sell-in/sell-out signals into accurate category demand for inventory and on-time delivery targets. Coordinate monthly cross-functional forecast meetings and execute purchase requisitions by assessing inventory, vendor capacity, minimums, and buy readiness. Monitor open orders, expedite as needed, maintain supply-demand system integrity, and provide reporting and database updates to improve availability and efficiency.
