Key Responsibilities

•Run Ziina’s social as a core brand channel, collaborating with the brand and creative lead to bring strategy to life across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
•Translate brand positioning, launches, and campaigns into platform-native storytelling that is timely and culturally fluent.
•Plan and manage a publisher-style content calendar, identifying trends early and choosing what Ziina should participate in while moving fast.
•Create and edit lo-fi content (phone shooting + CapCut) and know when to escalate to higher production; support shoots end to end for reusable asset libraries.
•Drive experimentation and iteration by testing hooks, formats, and distribution patterns, then tracking performance and sharing actionable takeaways.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in social and content for a brand, startup, or creative-led business.
•Strong taste and a clear point of view on what “good” looks like across platforms, formats, and cultural contexts.
•Cultural fluency across MENA and global internet culture, translating signals into content that feels native.
•Hands-on production skills: comfortable shooting on a phone and editing in CapCut.
•Working experience with Sprout Social across publishing, inbox management, listening, and reporting.
