Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Logistics function for the UK and Ireland, owning logistics performance, operational excellence, and P&L. Manage 3PL and carrier relationships, drive improvements across core delivery metrics, and lead crisis management and risk mitigation. Set logistics strategy and OKRs, evaluate new carriers, and partner with global tech/data teams to improve tooling with a focus on AI and reducing manual work. You will represent the markets globally within the UK & IE SMT.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end UK and Ireland logistics performance and P&L, ensuring delivery of business objectives and customer expectations.
•Manage senior relationships with 3PLs and optimize carrier mix to balance cost and service.
•Measure and drive improvements across core logistics metrics (e.g., OTD, cost per order, labour minutes per box).
•Lead team leadership through continuous improvement, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with production, marketing, and global counterparts.
•Create logistics strategy and yearly OKRs; evaluate and onboard new carriers, and use data to reduce delivery errors and improve customer sentiment.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in UK final mile delivery networks and a track record improving courier performance using data.
•Excellent leadership and people management experience, including building engaged teams.
•Proficiency with logistics tech systems (e.g., TMS) and data analysis tools such as Google suite, SQL, Power BI, and AI.
