Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end project activities for solution implementation, including scoping sessions, requirements documentation, project plans, and launch/training resource assignments.
•Drive customer and internal stakeholder expectations to achieve and maintain adoption rates of 70% or more.
•Build and maintain trusted customer relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle and align with cross-functional teams post-sale.
•Partner with customers to identify business goals and objectives and align products/services to desired outcomes.
•Define and communicate project risks and set clear, achievable timelines and governance/education plans to execute technical and business objectives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience in enterprise project implementation in IT, SaaS, or consulting-related functions.

•Skilled at figuring out and managing the processes and timelines needed to get work accomplished.
•Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills, including listening, clarification, and written/verbal communication.
