Key Responsibilities

•Ensure overall management of the security department to safeguard guests, employees, artists, and the venue.
•Work with venue leadership to ensure compliance with security policies/procedures and local, state, and federal laws.
•Monitor and control entrances/departures and patrol/visually monitor venue areas, taking corrective action as needed.
•Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline security staff; organize meetings and communicate information to staff.
•Investigate and resolve security complaints; write daily reports of irregularities and recommend operational policy/procedure updates.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar security role.
•Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures.
•Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
