Construction Project Superintendent

Supervise and help execute commercial HVAC and construction projects by assisting the Construction Project Manager—leading assigned tasks with minimal oversight. Plan and complete installations, commissioning, diagnostics, repairs, and start-ups, while coordinating materials, equipment, and on-site work with other trades. Ensure compliance with contracting processes, maintain quality and customer satisfaction, document progress and costs, and support scheduling and change orders.
