  • •Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •For personnel without relevant degrees: 8 years of CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction.
  • •For personnel with relevant degrees: 2 years of CEI or engineering experience in relevant transportation projects; a master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
  • •Preferred: Professional Engineer registered in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure with 6 months; or completion path for required qualifications/certifications within six months.
