  • •Own GREWE’s enterprise portfolio strategy, including development, execution, and communication, with operating cadence and governance for accountability.
  • •Lead long-range and annual planning cycles, including GREWE Goals & Objectives (G&Os), performance dashboards, metrics, and organizational cascade.
  • •Direct insights generation and analytics capabilities to inform executive decision-making, strategic priorities, and investment choices.
  • •Develop and manage multi-year digital analytics technology and support portfolio strategy roadmaps.
  • •Lead transformation initiatives for GREWE’s contribution to AMEX and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years’ work experience in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities, and/or Risk Management.

  • •Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills to structure issues and develop recommendations.
