Finance Operations Associate

Own the order-to-cash workflow by reviewing billing data, preparing accurate invoices, and reconciling contract and quote details across CRM and billing systems. Manage collections for overdue accounts, track aging and DSO, and handle cash application and reconciliations between billing, AR, and the general ledger. Serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries and drive process improvements with Revenue Operations and Delivery to scale revenue execution.
