Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and build strategies for departmental competency development.
  • •Recommend internal/external learning methods, tools, and programs to drive technical skill growth.
  • •Develop, revise, and enhance course materials and training programs using instructional design principles.
  • •Deliver and facilitate training sessions, including programs to strengthen AI competencies.
  • •Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback, and drive continuous improvement projects in the training ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Able to effectively impart knowledge in a classroom setting.
  • •Knowledgeable in training techniques, especially those relating to adult learning theory.
  • •Able to manage projects successfully, follow through on commitments, and display integrity and customer service.
  • •Solid analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.
