Key Responsibilities

•Assist the store manager with responsibilities for all aspects of store operations.
•Provide work direction, training, and assistance to less experienced team members.
•Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inventory and checkouts.
•Perform cashier responsibilities, including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
•Maintain store appearance by dusting, cleaning, restocking, ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, preparing displays and promotions, and monitoring for loss prevention while following safety policies and PPE procedures.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in retail and/or retail merchandising and customer service.

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
