Senior Associate, GTS

Drive executive recruiting end-to-end in the executive search lifecycle, partnering with Search Consultants on position specifications, search strategy, candidate identification, interviewing, assessments, and pipeline building. Conduct industry and client research to map executive talent insights, write and present candidate assessments, and maintain candidate and client relationships throughout the process. You’ll also support business development materials and uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics.
