•Drive global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships and build/enrich a high-quality client pipeline.
•Lead strategic, results-focused conversations with SMB agencies and create scalable sales propositions using internal and external data.
•Develop deep expertise in TikTok products, processes, and tools, including escalation and troubleshooting for agency issues.
•Optimize small and medium-sized agencies’ TikTok campaign performance and identify programmatic ways to scale improvements.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives, and support new team members’ learning.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.

•Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business, identifying and securing opportunities.
•Ability to influence stakeholders and manage a client portfolio, tasks, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
