Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads for select programs, inheriting existing campaigns and supporting enrollment/application goals.
  • •Pull and interpret paid campaign performance data and surface insights to support business decisions and CVR goals.
  • •Own organic search strategy and execution, including keyword research, content planning, and on-page optimization for non-branded traffic.
  • •Create and coordinate SEO/AEO content (blog posts, organic landing pages, program pages), including outreach and working with faculty, staff, and students.
  • •Maintain SEO/AEO reporting in SEMrush and partner with product/engineering on technical SEO improvements such as Core Web Vitals, schema, crawl coverage, and site architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of SEO experience in a fast-paced/startup environment, including at least one year in a strategic capacity.
  • •Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (not just reporting).
  • •Strong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console, including tracking setup and reporting.
  • •Experience with SEMrush or a comparable SEO platform.
