Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and facilitate talent reviews and calibration sessions for assigned business areas.
  • •Support succession planning for critical roles, including tracking successors, readiness levels, and development actions.
  • •Design and manage learning, leadership, and professional development programmes across employee levels and for senior leaders and critical-role talent.
  • •Manage end-to-end programme delivery, including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning systems, enrolment, logistics, training records, and evaluation.
  • •Analyze talent and learning data to produce insights and recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement of talent management and learning frameworks and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Development, Education, or a related discipline.
  • •5–8 years of relevant experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organisational Development.
  • •Experience managing talent, leadership, or learning programmes from planning through evaluation.
  • •Experience managing external providers and programme budgets.
  • •Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into recommendations.
