Job Summary

Lead Mastercard’s embedded AI transformation efforts by partnering with business units to identify high-value workflow opportunities and deliver production-grade AI solutions. Translate complex business needs into practical applications of AI, agents, and multi-agent orchestration, while building reusable playbooks and training assets for enterprise adoption. Coach and mentor engineers and stakeholders, facilitate hands-on workshops, and advance agentic transformation using tools such as Copilot Studio and Azure AI.

•Embed within business units to identify strategic workflow and decision-making opportunities for AI value.
•Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements covering discovery, solution design, implementation, and capability building.
•Design and deploy production-ready AI assistants/agents and orchestration frameworks to solve business problems.
•Coach engineers, analysts, product managers, and operational teams through AI-first ways of working and train-the-trainer approaches.
•Document patterns and lessons learned, measure adoption and impact, and scale reusable playbooks and reference architectures across units.
