Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver on the metrics that matter: own track rates, catch rates, offer reliability, and merchant performance; identify and fix issues to prevent recurrence.
  • •Build and lead the team: recruit, coach, and develop 2 Ops Managers from day one and scale as scope grows.
  • •Drive continuous improvement: build processes, tooling, and monitoring; implement scalable solutions.
  • •Be the operational voice in product decisions: collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure ops needs are considered in roadmaps.
  • •Define how the team operates: set rhythm, rituals, OKRs, sprints, and escalation processes to run the team well.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Product, Operations, or a technical/data-driven environment.
  • •Builder mindset with hands-on approach and willingness to build from scratch.
  • •Strong product and operations mindset with systems thinking (monitoring, detection, investigation, resolution, prevention).
  • •Proven management experience leading a small cross-functional team and coaching others.
  • •Fluent in written and spoken English; French not required.
