Job Summary

Join HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking as a Premier Relationship Banker in Kuala Lumpur. You’ll manage and grow high-net-worth Premier clients, drive revenue and assets under management through holistic financial planning, deliver needs-based wealth solutions, refer mortgage opportunities, and ensure compliance across wealth products. You’ll collaborate with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional targets within a global bank that emphasizes mobility, best-in-class services and inclusive growth.

Job Function: Banking, Lending & Credit

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, acquire, grow and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship management.
•Drive revenue and AUM growth expectations through holistic financial planning.
•Ensure a high level of sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs based selling.
•Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
•Ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and the relevant authorities are adhered and complied to at all times.

Key Requirements

•Experience in relationship management of High Net Worth clients is preferred.
•A recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree qualification.
•Relevant licence in marketing wealth and investment products such as PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC is required.
•Evidence of strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
•Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage.
