Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing, and investment solutions to help clients achieve financial goals.
  • •Lead and coordinate an extended advisory team (including trust, investment and planning strategists) based on relationship complexity.
  • •Review and analyze personal and business financial data to capture client goals in a financial plan.
  • •Prepare and deliver client presentations with appropriate financial solutions through consultative review and proactive contact.
  • •Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by expanding client relationships, closing referrals, and prospecting to maintain a pipeline and grow business.

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience (required).
  • •Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results (required).
  • •FINRA License S7 (required) and additional FINRA licenses as applicable (S66 preferred; S63 and S65 preferred).
  • •Ability to advise using expert knowledge of investments, trust, credit, and financial products and banking regulations.
  • •Demonstrated client advisory skills, including understanding personal and commercial financial statements and lending experience.
