•Own and execute a multi-channel paid marketing strategy to drive acquisition and conversion.

•Own performance reporting to track KPIs and improve the onboarding funnel (click to fund).
•Ensure FCA compliance for all performance marketing campaigns and collaborate with brand, content, design, and product teams.
