Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure QC quality for raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and packing materials for the construction chemicals plant according to QC specifications.
  • •Generate Certificates of Analysis for all produced batches and maintain control samples and month-wise QC documentation.
  • •Support timely calibration of QC testing instruments and ensure ISO compliance and audit readiness in the laboratory.
  • •Maintain lab safety and compliance, including availability of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and reporting unsafe conditions/quality near misses with evidence.
  • •Monitor SPC charts for key parameters, handle customer complaint root-cause analysis in coordination with the Quality Control Officer, and train lab technicians for QC activities.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc. in chemistry with 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • •Ability to ensure QC for raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and packing materials as per QC specifications.
  • •Experience generating Certificates of Analysis for production batches.
  • •Knowledge of compliance with ISO standards and support for laboratory audits.
  • •Experience maintaining QC testing records and control samples, including coordination for root-cause analysis of customer complaints.
