Key Responsibilities

•Achieve goals set by the Operations Manager and support the team and event organizers using Platinumlist.
•Coordinate all aspects of the ticketing system setup for multiple events from start to finish.
•Upload events online, discuss clients' needs with the team, and train clients to use the ticketing system.
•Create a great customer experience by setting up clean, attractive event pages and keep events updated with latest information.
•Create a Ticket Sales Plan and provide weekly updates on progress to the Operations Manager.

Key Requirements

•Must be a Saudi national.
•Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
•Ability to work in a high stress environment.
•Ability to learn software functionality quickly.
•Problem-Solving: Resolves customer or software-related issues promptly and efficiently.
