Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in cost management as a Senior Cost Manager in a comparable environment.
  • •A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject with Canadian equivalency (e.g., WES) if obtained outside Canada.
  • •Membership of relevant professional organizations such as the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) or similar.
  • •Reliability clearance with the Government of Canada or ability to obtain it quickly.
  • •Demonstrable experience on at least two projects with a total value of $100M+.
