  • •Lead Tier 1 meetings to share goal results throughout the day when the Supervisor is unavailable.
  • •Maintain quality, address conflicts, update the Supervisor with issues, and drive a forklift when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •At least 3+ years of manufacturing experience in switchgear assembly.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •No relocation benefit is being offered; candidates must be within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC.
  • •At least 1 year of leadership experience managing people or project teams.
