Job Summary

Cloud Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS. You’ll optimize performance and costs, troubleshoot complex issues, onboard large clients, design cloud-based solutions aligned with client needs, and collaborate with the Professional Services team to deliver robust cloud architectures.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, build, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS
•Optimize performance and manage costs in cloud environments
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues
•Support onboarding of large and complex clients by implementing tailored cloud solutions
•Design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with client needs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent: 4-year college degree with 4 years IT industry experience or 8 years total IT experience with 2-4 years relevant tech experience
•Proficiency with Azure and AWS cloud platforms
•Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
•Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments and network connectivity including VPNs
•Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and contribute to client solutions
