Senior Specialist, Footwear and Equipment, Product Stewardship

Own standard setting and testing governance for Footwear & Equipment product categories, ensuring materials and finished goods meet brand requirements and regulatory obligations. Review laboratory test reports, make risk-based approve/reject decisions, and govern corrective actions, retesting, and shipment disposition. Partner with vendors, suppliers, factories, and in-house/third-party labs to ensure consistent execution across development and bulk production, including training stakeholders on testing requirements and governance.
