•Translate founder priorities into clear plans, owners, milestones, and decisions.
•Build and run the operating cadence to keep the team aligned, including planning and leadership meetings.
•Prepare agendas, decision memos, and action tracking to ensure meetings drive outcomes.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end while aligning stakeholders and removing blockers.
•Own recruiting operations and build onboarding experiences to help new teammates become effective quickly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in a high-ownership environment such as an early-stage startup, consulting, investment banking, business operations, program management, or a prior Chief of Staff role.
•High agency and resourcefulness to identify what needs to happen, execute, and close the loop without a detailed playbook.
•Excellent written and verbal communication for internal updates and customer-ready narratives.
•Strong analytical judgment and ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
•High organization and attention to detail across multiple fast-moving workstreams.
