Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term strategy for the SIW platform, meeting enterprise-grade security, scalability, and performance standards.
  • •Lead design and implementation of core platform features and foundational framework components that enable extensibility for other engineering teams.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Principal Engineers to shape the product roadmap and translate business requirements into a sustainable technical strategy.
  • •Resolve the most complex technical challenges, including performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and architectural limitations.
  • •Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers; write clean, modular, well-tested, maintainable code and address technical debt.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software development experience, including at least 8 years designing and building complex enterprise-grade web applications.
  • •Proven technical leadership with experience architecting and delivering large-scale, high-impact software projects.
  • •Expert-level modern frontend skills, including React and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make high-judgment decisions in ambiguous technical situations.
  • •Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical direction across multiple teams.
