Key Responsibilities

•Oversee global data center infrastructure operation, maintenance, and emergency response; provide remote emergency support and coordinate with on-site contacts and business teams during disruptions.
•Escalate and report major risks in a timely manner; track rectification progress and coordinate internal/external resources for closed-loop O&M risk management.
•Drive implementation, rollout, and supervision of O&M management systems; unify operational specifications and guide on-site teams’ daily routines.
•Monitor and analyze regional O&M metrics; perform quality supervision and process audits, identify operational risks, and optimize workflows and service quality.
•Support capability building for data center infrastructure platforms, including data ingestion, data governance, and alarm management.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in data center infrastructure O&M, including emergency management procedures.
•Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and proficiency in English for communication with global teams, vendors, and partners.
•Demonstrated ability to respond to unexpected faults and emergencies, coordinating across teams and allocating resources.
•Ability to identify major risks, execute standardized escalation/reporting, and apply closed-loop management principles.
•Familiarity with data center infrastructure management workflows and O&M systems, including KPI tracking, data analysis, and fault troubleshooting.
