Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
  • •Collate and analyze customer conversations to determine actions that improve customer experience and promote ICM use.
  • •Add value to ICM adoption using scripting and AI to support customers throughout their water projects.
  • •Provide expert coaching and guidance, including model building/import, calibration/verification, and model application.
  • •Recommend improvements using data analytics, advance self-served materials for better adoption, and demonstrate product thought leadership internally while collaborating with sales, product, and strategy teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert knowledge of InfoWorks ICM in a commercial environment with recent industry experience.
  • •Demonstrable experience scripting within ICM.
  • •Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or Science subject (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience with cloud environments.
  • •Consulting or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.
