•Act as liaison between the IT development group and business units for design and implementation of new systems and improvements.
•Serve as subject matter specialist and business partner; translate business requirements into technical specifications and conduct requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
•Remediate application system issues using incident, change, and problem management standards in ServiceNow; ensure maintenance and enhancements align with business objectives and IT standards.
•Create annual budget analysis and cost management for assigned applications, including ongoing maintenance, support, licensing, dashboards, and cost transparency reporting.
•Champion AI-first thinking across the application portfolio and drive solutioning sessions with developers, architects, and AI builders.
