Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate customer projects from order and project handover through engineering, commissioning support, and completion.
  • •Design and configure Firefly fire prevention and protection systems.
  • •Prepare technical documentation, drawings, system configurations, and project documentation.
  • •Act as the technical contact between Firefly, customers, contractors, and distributors; troubleshoot technical issues and support customers during project phases.
  • •Develop and improve internal processes, engineering documents, and tools; support introduction of new projects, products, and technologies and contribute to a shared engineering knowledge base.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and coordinate technical customer projects and manage execution through engineering, documentation, and project completion.
  • •A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • •Experience in technical project work, system engineering, automation, or industrial installations.
  • •Strong technical understanding to solve complex problems and experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
  • •Professional proficiency in English; a valid driver’s license and passport for travel are required.
