Billing Manager

Own the end-to-end order-to-cash billing process as a hands-on billing leader. Manage and develop teams for customer billing support and billing QA, resolve escalations and payment disputes, and drive accurate billing by partnering with internal teams and a billing platform partner. Lead collections, credit, refunds, and reporting/analytics to track billing performance, client health, and risks—directly impacting financial reporting integrity as the company scales beyond $100M ARR.
