Job Summary

Drive organizational and transformation initiatives within the HR function, supporting the design and implementation of organizational structures and Ways of Working. Help deliver group-wide transformation programs (including restructuring, integrations/mergers, and joint ventures), build a transformation pipeline, and define KPIs to track organization performance and improvement opportunities. Coordinate mapping of global employees across key dimensions and participate in change management activities to embed changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in group transformation initiatives from design to delivery, including change management activities to embed changes in the organization.
•Supervise and ensure initiatives are delivered with the value originally committed.
•Build and monitor a transformation pipeline, including initiatives from functions and market trends affecting group productivity and/or profitability.
•Build and monitor quantitative and/or qualitative KPIs related to the organization and potential improvements.
•Coordinate global employee mapping across relevant dimensions such as position, total company cost, leavers, and new joiners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Experience in strategic consulting, organization, and project management driving change.
•Good team player with hands-on attitude and ability to engage with senior management.
•Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
•Excellent analytical skills and structured work with attention to detail.
