Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary SME for fraud protection solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • •Run product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase capabilities.
  • •Oversee and coordinate pre-sales activities, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and success criteria.
  • •Develop project documentation and design/refine solution implementation architecture based on technical and business needs.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years in Pre-Sales/Consultant positions.

  • •Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and log analysis tools, plus strong troubleshooting/debugging skills.
