Job Summary

Oversee the full credit lifecycle for Trade and Working Capital transactions, from deal structuring and approvals through documentation, implementation, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Partner with portfolio management, relationship managers, credit, risk, legal, and operations to ensure trades are structured and governed under internal credit policies. Support deal closings, client discussions for complex transactions, produce portfolio reporting, and monitor risks while coordinating responses for exams and audits.

•Manage a portfolio of Trade & Working Capital relationships and coordinate across portfolio management, relationship managers, and credit teams.
•Oversee the credit approval process and ensure deal structuring, policy exceptions, and documentation meet internal credit policies and risk frameworks.
•Support deal closings by reviewing legal documentation and coordinating with operations for accurate booking and implementation.
•Produce and analyze portfolio reporting, metrics, and dashboards to provide insights on performance, risk, utilization, and growth trends.
•Proactively monitor portfolio risk, escalate issues with credit and risk teams, and support governance, exception management, and regulatory exam/audit readiness.

Salary: USD 148,495 - 174,700 annually

•8+ years of relevant experience.

•Solid understanding of commercial/corporate credit, risk management principles, and credit policy.
